Beta Website And Product Materials
You may use the Herald website to learn about the product, try the demo path, read documentation, request updates, contact the team, and send feedback. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Public beta descriptions, screenshots, install paths, supported providers, AI features, MCP behavior, and documentation may change. The GitHub repository license controls the Herald software itself; these website terms do not grant extra software redistribution rights.
Accounts And Third-Party Services
Herald may point you to third-party services such as mail providers, Cloudflare, Formspree, Buttondown, Google Analytics, GitHub, and AI model providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for the accounts, credentials, API keys, app passwords, and provider settings you choose to connect.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the website to probe, overload, disrupt, scrape in a way that harms availability, submit spam, impersonate others, or send content that infringes rights or violates law. If you report a security issue, keep testing limited and avoid accessing data that is not yours.
Feedback
You can send product ideas, bug reports, and usability notes through the feedback page. You allow Herald to use that feedback to improve the website, documentation, product, and support materials without owing compensation.
Product Previews
Herald materials, including names, logos, copy, and product previews, belong to Herald or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Disclaimers
Herald beta materials are provided as-is and may change as the product develops. Mailbox access, AI features, search, and integrations depend on your local configuration, provider settings, and any third-party services you choose to connect.
The Herald application is source-available under the license published in the GitHub repository. Do not describe or redistribute Herald in a way that conflicts with that license.
Privacy details live in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
