Before you send

Keep private mailbox content out of reports when a short summary will do. If a screenshot, terminal theme, or message shape matters, describe it without including secrets. Mention whether the behavior is new, repeatable, or tied to a specific provider or terminal. Usability notes are welcome even when nothing is broken; tell us where the workflow made you pause.
